.75 Select Apertivo

1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

.5 oz Lime Juice

.25 Demerara 

Add all ingredients in Boston Shaker with scoop of ice

Shake for about 30-45 Seconds

Strain into Double Old Fashioned Glass w/ ¾ scoop of ice
